A standard, not a boast.
GOAT stands for Greatest Of All Time. We use it as a standard, not a boast: the people we send you should be the best available for the job. The ankh in our logo is the ancient Egyptian symbol for life.
How we work.
We tell you when a candidate isn’t good enough.
If nobody passes our scorecard, you hear it from us, not from a weak shortlist.
You never get a pile of unscreened CVs.
You only see people who passed our screening, with the notes to back it up.
We say no to roles we can’t fill.
If we can’t screen it properly, we say so on the first call.
Where we’ve done this before.
Roles we have filled or managed hiring for.
